Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Real Estate Broker role based in Oklahoma City, OK. The Commercial Real Estate Broker will source and cultivate client relationships, focusing on retail property owners, tenants, and investors. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new business, conducting property tours, preparing market analyses, and advising clients on leasing and sales strategies. The role involves negotiating lease and sales terms, drafting and reviewing transaction documents in coordination with legal and finance professionals, and maintaining accurate records of listings and deals. The broker will collaborate with colleagues to share market insights, participate in networking events, and represent Retail Site Group in a professional manner within the Oklahoma City commercial real estate market.

Qualifications?

• Proven track record as a commercial real estate broker.
• Existing book of business strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Lease Negotiations and Tenant Representation, including structuring, reviewing, and explaining lease terms.
• Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing transactions.
• Knowledge of local market trends, retail site selection, and investment fundamentals.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Oklahoma City, OK, and travel locally for property tours and client meetings.
• Active real estate license in Oklahoma or eligibility to obtain one within a defined timeframe. xhyhwjd
• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required, depending on experience.
